The Hero From Another Planet.
Bird Warrior Garuda E-X (or just Garuda E-X) is an extra JetRanger warrior. He is the Navy blue warrior. His rank is higher than Eagle 1's, so his power easily exceeds that of a standard JetRanger. Unlike the other JetRanger, his motif is more reminiscent of a bird than an air force pilot. He also comes from a distant planet overrun by sinister robots called Garudia. In his homeworld, the surviving organisms have to stay inside a bio-dome just to escape the toxic atmosphere the robots created. Garuda E-X is the planet's only line of defense against the robots. On some occasion, he will assist the standard JetRanger in their battles on earth, but such occurrences are very rare because he has his own planet to worry about.
